I decided to work with Michelle as my health coach because she understood me.
She understood the long hours of corporate America, the business travel, and the mentality of “clients come first.”
When I began working with Michelle, I was solely focused on work (10+ hours/day), taking care of my husband, son, aging parents, dogs, and having a fun, fulfilling social life with my large family and many friends.
Michelle believed in me, and the goals I set for myself at the beginning of the program, when I didn’t fully believe in myself.
She helped me bring awareness to how hard I was on myself and helped me replace that harsh, critical inner voice to a loving one I would use with my best friend.

When I got impatient with myself and my lack of progress, after going through a couple of traumatic, life-changing losses, Michelle was there to give me hugs and remind me it was OK to slow down and grieve.
And when my Doctor wasn’t listening when I asked for his help going off of my high cholesterol medication, Michelle recommended I get a second opinion.
She empowered me to advocate for myself and often presented a fresh, new perspective different from the way I was used to doing things.
While working with Michelle, we solved the mystery, not once but twice, surrounding my chronic back pain.
Michelle helped me see that when I was down for a couple weeks with COVID, heavily resting and not socializing, my pain went away.
Now I know that my favorite beverage of choice is what’s triggering the inflammation and chronic back pain.
Michelle is extremely knowledgeable and supportive, and has a straight-forward style that is real and authentic.
